This template is for applying categories within teaching approaches. E.g.
{{tooltag|sample tool}}
produces this
sample tool(tool)
and places the page in Category:Sample approach, and creates a link from the "(tool)", to "tool/sample tool".
If you want to tag a word with a category, but cannot use the exact name of the category in the flow of the text, then you can supply a second argument:
{{tooltag|sample tool|some other way to refer to tool}}
produces this
some other way to refer to tool(tool)
