You can use any image from http://commons.wikimedia.org/ - simply locate an image on commons, e.g. [[File:Nordoublecllaredsunbird.jpg]] (i.e. http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Nordoublecllaredsunbird.jpg), and use the same wiki text on this wiki:

The image is automatically imported to this wiki.

Getting started with mediawiki

The ORBIT wiki uses the same software as wikipedia. For general information on the software,

Uploading images

You can see all images on the wiki here: Special:ListFiles

You can upload files here: Special:Upload (this is also linked from your 'toolbox' menu item)

Alternatively, you can just put this text

[[Image:<name of your image goes here>.jpg]]

into a page (where you replace <name of your image goes here> with the actual name of your image). You can then click on the link and upload the image.
