= Create your own account =
We will publish the presentations from this day on here!

* Click the log in link at the top right of the screen
In the second half of the sessions, we had a series of [[/practical tasks]], which you can [[/practical tasks|you about here]].
* Click create new account
* Enter the required information.
** Choose your user name (typically Firstname Lastname)
** Choose a password (nothing valuable, but be sure to remember it!)
** Enter your email correctly (important!)
** Enter your real name
* Hit 'create account' and open your email. The wiki will email you a confirmation link, which you should click. You have now signed up with the wiki.

At the top right of the screen, you should now see a list of links, starting with your user name. Clicking your user name gives you an empty form field where you can enter some text.

* Your name
* Your affiliation
* The internet address of your institution, e.g. http://www.cam.ac.uk
Then press save. You have now created your first wiki entry on the RECOUP wiki!

Choose a section from the manual that you find interesting. Click 'discuss' (at the top of the article text), and follow the instructions to add a comment.
