These templates are for subpages of manual pages, in order to display handouts, presentations, or generic documents. Such subpages would normally be linked to via a an anchor template, see :Category:AnchorTemplates.
Simply create the subpage link on a main manual page using anchor templates, and on the actual subpage simply insert one of the following:
