How to choose an insulator for cooked food.

Lesson idea. In this lesson outline, year 6 pupils are asked to sit in class with their coats on to make a point about insulators. They then test materials to choose an insulator for a meal. Discuss the plan as a class activity idea. Do the lesson objectives match the activity chosen? What advice, if any, would you add to the plan?
