While we've provided some guidance on how to use a number of tools, and we've tagged them where possible with teaching approaches, and activities, you should remember - ICT is often not about what the tool can do, but what you do with the tool.  For example, Google Drive can just be used as an online office and file management system...it can also be used as a highly sophisticated tool to collaborate, engage in real time shared research, and video conferencing.  Think about what you want your students to get out of the tools - sometimes, a relatively simple use, done well, will be far better than using more advanced features.  Other times you might want to let the pupils play with a general idea, and use their own tools
