Lesson idea. The case study focussed on student involvement with "Teach in Sheffield" project where they collaborated with Rawmarsh CLC to produce digital videos where the theme was Sheffield as a location. The particular technologies focussed on by this case study are those related to the use of digital video as a tool for professional development, as well supporting PGCE students understandings of digital literacy.
Teaching approach. This case study looks at the use of digital video and video editing software to support academic writing.
