Lesson idea. This interview explains how a city is kept supplied with water through an underground source of water and an intriguing range of pipes. We also hear about a ‘Dry Garden’, containing not-so thirsty plants, which the water company established at Cambridge University Botanical gardens. The supplied questions aim to focus students' attention and prompt a discussion.
