I've tried to clean up the front page. This should work better. I still have reservations against making the front page part of the manual: If the community is successful, the front page will place less emphasis on the 'original' manual, because there will be additional materials, experiences from workshops, translations etc. However, perhaps for now the front page should become the main page of the manual.
