This book is a compilation of the resources from across the ORBIT website. Each resource is attributed at the end of the book to its original source page; from which further attributions may be found.

The book is compiled from Creative Commons and Open Government Licensed materials. We are grateful to the individual authors for sharing - in some cases directly - their resources in the public domain. The ORBIT team have been involved in curating and editing resources for the website, which have then fed into the book.

The booklet itself was compiled and edited by the ORBIT team; primarily Simon Knight who, in particular, compiled the majority of the Chapter introductions from available materials (often OGL licence), and edited these to create coherent sections.
