This activity is a {{tag|cross curricula}} activity, involving a {{tag|collaborative}} approach, giving student teacher the opportunity to work together on making digital media in the form of films about a location. The activity furthers {{tag|e-skills}} and also helps to develop discussion relating to {{tag|e-safety}}. The topic of location provided the stimulus for the videos. Equally, however, this approach could be applied to any topic or subject in school. The use of video also encourage {{tag|active learning}}, with the students developing their own skills through direct participation in the creation process.
