About. A course based around the action research cycle, looking at the use of the game Spore in education.
Pedagogical content. On this secondary course, teachers will look at how games(tool) can be motivational and see particular examples of where the game Spore has been used to motivate learners. The course builds on Futurelab’s ICT(i) research into the use of games. It will support teachers in developing their professional understanding and their practical teaching, and improving learners’ outcomes. (edit)
